“Splashway met and exceeded EVERY expectation!” – Mommy Approved (Again!)
What happens when 4 ladies and 5 kids get together on a road trip?! A fun time a SPLASHWAY, that’s what! Last weekend we had the time of our lives in Sheridan, TX at Splashway Waterpark and Campground! When I got the invitation, I was skeptical about camping. Sleeping outside, bugs, mosquitos, the heat and humidity didn’t sound great especially with an eight and a four year old. Boy was I wrong about this camping experience! From the time we arrived to the time we left Splashway met and exceeded every expectation!
From pedal bikes, to arts & crafts, a magical pumpkin patch, food trucks, a haunted house and live music under the stars, Splashway is the perfect destination to explore for an exciting family getaway. Both of my kids played from dawn to dusk! There are two playgrounds, a basketball court and a miniature golf course among the endless activities happening every hour. I think the whole family can agree that the cabins were everyone’s favorite attraction! We stayed in the larger cabin which sleeps 10!! One bedroom downstairs and a loft with four queen size beds! All of the large cabins are equipped with a full kitchen & utensils (there was even dish soap), and t.v with cable! These cabins make you feel right at home!
