Splashway is the Official Winner of the 2019 Leading Edge Award!

In July 2019, Splashway Waterpark unveiled a new attraction, not just new to the waterpark but new to the world. The Dueling Splash Blasters is the world’s first Dueling RocketBLAST® + FlyingSAUCER® 20 hybrid water coaster, which merged three brand-new ProSlide innovations into one legendary ride experience. Its cutting edge technology and record-breaking design are why this attraction was chosen by the World Waterpark Association for this year’s Leading Edge Award. This prestigious recognition is given to parks for their creativity in the developments of new themes, programs, facilities, services, or operational concepts within the water attractions industries and focuses on suppliers who have developed new concepts, products, or services to the benefit of park members, their customers, and the water attractions industry as a whole.

The World Waterpark Association says, “The Dueling Splash Blasters was selected because it is such an innovative ride and utilizes some of the latest technology to provide a great ride experience for families who visit Splashway Family Waterpark.”
