Spring Break is right around the corner, so it’s time to start heating up that gumbo pot for our annual cook-off! Gumbo is the official state dish of Louisiana and there are a ton of different ways to make it. If you don’t have a family recipe to work from, it can be daunting to figure out what all to put into this stew because there’s no one way to make gumbo!
