Splashway is gearing up for our first ever Wine Walk, where you can sample wines from all over Texas in one place! Come for the day or stay for the weekend in Splashway Campground and meet these local wine makers face to face. Before you stop by to taste, get to know the wineries you’ll be sampling!

Majek Vineyard & Winery

Located In Schulenburg, TX

Majek Vineyard & Winery is an award-winning winery nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Texas! Their 1.5 acre working vineyard features Blanc Du Bois and Black Spanish grapes.

Whistling Duck Winery

Located In Weimar, TX

Their slogan is “Porch sittin’, wine sippin’, country trippin’ FUN!” This winery’s 4 acre vineyard is off the beaten path and has a laid-back atmosphere both experienced wine drinkers and first-time tasters can enjoy.

Opened by two wine lovers with the goal of bringing Texas spirit and hospitality to their town! They are known for their wide variety of reds, but also offer whites, rose, and sweets!

Family run with nothing but love! Opened by Texas Aggie couple Patrick & Sherrie, this winery is a passion project opened just this year.

In addition to their collection of artisanal wines, they also make cider, meads, and fruit wines. All are made in small batches on-site and their hands on production technique ensures a great quality product every time.
