Christmas Market Application

Splashway Campground is seeking artisanal vendors to join our Christmas Market on December 5th. If you specialize in handmade or homemade products and are looking to increase exposure around your business, we encourage you to register. We expect to see over 500 shoppers!

What Is the Christmas Market?

Our Christmas market will be happening Saturday, December 5th, from 12:00pm-5:30pm in Splashway Campground. We will be hosting a number of other family-friendly events and activities throughout the day to bring in more shoppers and increase exposure for your business.

A $10 admission fee will be collected to be donated to charity or guests can bring a new toy to donate.

Who Are We Looking For?

Splashway is seeking artisanal vendors who will bring something unique and special to this event! Whether you have handmade goods, homemade food, a local specialty, or something else, we encourage you to register your business. Here’s what you can expect from Splashway’s Christmas Market:

• 10×10 Space for you to set up tables, chairs, and booths in.
• Ample setup time before the event (8am-11am).
• Exposure to over 500 shoppers.
• Free WiFi.
• Electricity (upon request for an additional fee).

Registration is $30 per space.

Please know before applying:

• Deadline to register is November 27th.
• You are responsible for your own setup within the 10×10 space you are allotted, including tents and tables.
• Electricity must be requested in advance.
• Setup is from 8am-11am.
• You are expected to stay through the duration of the market, from 12pm to 5:30pm.
• You are responsible for cleaning your space at the end of the market.
• You must have the correct licensing for your products prior to the event.
• Spaces are assigned on a first-pay basis.
• Your products must be artisanal in nature.
• No concession booths or food trucks (baked goods are ok).
