What’s New at Splashway in 2022

Splashway Waterpark & Campground is determined to create an experience worth coming back for and, every year, we go bigger and better so your family trip is anything but boring! In 2022, we introduced some exciting new things to both our waterpark and campground. Here are 6 new things we’ve added to take your family vacation to Splashway to the next level!

Hiking & Biking Trails

Our newest addition to the campground is a weaving hiking and biking trail! Grab a trail bike from the Adventure Station or just lace up your shoes to hit the trails during your next campground stay.

Shark Bites BBQ Truck 

What Texas waterpark is complete without some barbecue? Check out our brand new BBQ Truck, serving up delicious pulled pork, brisket, sausage on a stick, and more!

Texas Twist

One of our 4 new attractions this summer, the Texas Twist is a high-thrill, high-speed body slide! Zip through this enclosed slide at ultra fast speeds and show us your Ray Face as you plunge into the catch pool.

Summit Plummet

Scaredy cats, this slide is not for you! Enter the drop capsule at the top and wait in anticipation before the floor drops out from under you, sending you plummeting through this ride!

Blueper Looper

Looking for something the kids will love too? We’ve got you covered with the Blueper Looper! This single or double rider tube waterslide is an award-winning attraction that families 42 inches and up can enjoy.

The Patriot

Finally, the biggest addition to our waterpark this year is the first waterslide of its kind, The Patriot. This isn’t just new to Splashway Waterpark, it’s new to the world! The Patriot transforms conventional ride paths by creating a quick change in direction for a unique and unpredictable ride every time.
