Solving HR problems one crisis at a time! Jessica handles payroll, hiring, and training. She’s the master of long informative emails. She enjoys Mondays when she gets to click the ‘Submit’ button once payroll is finished for the week. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, working out and watching her kids grow up. Her Splashway journey started in 2015 working with Guest Service. She is now spending more time in the office with the business side of things. A fun fact about Jessica is that she worked at the Atlantis in Dubai for 5 months.
