“Our family Halloweekend at Splashway Waterpark & Campground was one for the books!”

Native Houstonian, mother, and elementary school teacher Brandy G. was kind enough to share her Halloweekend experience with us! Read why her family quickly became Splashway regulars.

No, this was not a typical camping experience for us. The wonderful Splashway team completely exceeded our expectations from day one! Because of their fabulous screened in cabins there was no sleeping outside, bugs or mosquitos. When I walked in I was completely surprised by all of the amazing amenities and how well designed the cabin was. I can’t believe it sleeps 10 people!!!! There is one bedroom downstairs and a loft with four queen size beds at the top. The kids spent so much time up there. It was like a little tree house!

From the moment we got there my five year old had his heart set on riding the pedal bikes that look like motor cars and he loved it! It’s so nice that Splashway has things for children of all ages to do. Arts & crafts, a (magical) pumpkin patch, two haunted houses and kid friendly live music are all on that list just to name a few! There’s also a putt putt golf course, two playgrounds, a basketball court and even laser tag. We even spent some time in our cabins and it was a time that I will never forget.

We can’t wait to visit again soon and check out the water park once it opens again in the summer!
